Another thing to add to the list of things I look forward to in the Fall: The new seasonal menu at Norwood from Executive Chef Nick Groxz (5 Ninth, 10 Downing, Dressler and Momofuku).

Sous Chef Jon McCain and I have worked collaboratively to create a menu that is seasonal and reflective of our local food markets and farms.  Wherever possible our fish and produce are local and sustainable.

We believe that great Chefs evolve from exposure to different people and different techniques.  Drawing from our respective backgrounds which began at the French Culinary Institute, we have each been lucky to work with many talented chefs and between us have experience of most culinary cultures & styles – anything from Japanese to classic comfort food.  

Our approach is to provide great New American food while borrowing influences and touches from other cuisines.  Quite simply, dishes that we love to cook!
