Some exciting Momo intel coming over the wire this morning. Some protected tweets spread the word that there will be a new late night element to Momofuku Ssam Bar. On Thursdays from when the kitchen closes at midnight until 2 a.m., they’ll serve a whole roster of cocktails—from sake lemonades to old fashioneds, sazeracs, shakaratos, and what they’re calling the reverend palmer (with tea infused bourbon)—alongside buns and pickles. The site now lists the cocktail program as a Thursday night only affair, but word on the street is it will be extended to Sun - Wed soon. Big news for those who want to sample Don Lee’s cocktails without sitting down to a full meal.
